1. Definitions
Within these terms and conditions:
- "Platform" refers to the Amaze Studio CRM application, accessible at clients.a-maze.ro
- "User" refers to any person who accesses or uses the Platform
- "Client" refers to users with client role who have access to the dedicated portal after signing a service contract
- "Content Creator" refers to users who register through public registration without a contract, and have limited access to YouTube analytics and public resources
- "Services" refers to all functionalities offered through the Platform
- "Amaze Studio" refers to Amaze Media & Production S.R.L. and/or Amaze Podspace S.R.L.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Platform.
3. Description of Services
The Platform offers the following functionalities:
3.1 For Clients (Client Portal)
- View and track podcast productions
- View and download invoices
- Online payment of invoices via NETOPIA
- Manage bookings for recording sessions
- View YouTube statistics for delivered productions
- Access to documents and contracts
- Participation in the Amaze community
- Access to educational resources
3.2 General Features
- Customer relationship management (CRM)
- Scheduling and managing bookings for recording sessions
- Invoice and payment tracking
- Podcast production project management
- Communication via email and SMS
- Document generation and electronic signing
- Public forms for registration and feedback
3.3 For Content Creators
Content Creators have limited access to the following features:
- Connect YouTube channel for performance monitoring
- View video statistics (views, likes, comments)
- Access to public educational resources
- Demo productions to explore the platform
Note: Content Creators do NOT have access to: invoices, studio bookings, documents/contracts, or full client portal features.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Account Creation
The Platform offers two ways to create accounts:
- Client accounts: Created by Amaze Studio administrators after signing a service contract. You will receive access to the Platform after completing the contractual process.
- Content Creator accounts: Can be created through public registration at /register without requiring a contract. These accounts offer limited access to platform features.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials
- All activities performed through your account
- Immediate notification in case of unauthorized use
4.3 Authentication
The Platform offers multiple authentication methods: email and password, Magic Link (authentication link sent via email), or authentication via Google OAuth. For clients, we recommend using Magic Link for simple and secure access.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use the Platform only for its intended purposes
- Not attempt to access other users' data
- Not attempt to disrupt the Platform's operation
- Not use the Platform for illegal activities
- Respect intellectual property rights
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, source code, logos, and the Amaze Studio brand are the exclusive property of Amaze Studio. You are not granted any rights to these elements, except for the limited right to use the Platform in accordance with these terms.
Content you upload to the Platform remains your property. You grant Amaze Studio a limited license to store and process this content strictly for providing the Services.
7. Data and Privacy
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please consult it for complete details.
Usage data for development: We collect and analyze anonymized data regarding Platform usage for the purposes of:
- Developing and improving Platform features
- Identifying and fixing errors (debugging)
- Analyzing performance and optimizing user experience
- Generating internal statistical reports
7.1 Logging and Monitoring
The Platform automatically records system logs for security, debugging, and service improvement. These logs may include:
- System errors and debugging information
- Calls to external services (API calls)
- Import and synchronization operations
- Audit actions for compliance
Server location: All data and logs are stored on servers located in Germany, within the European Economic Area (EEA), ensuring GDPR compliance.

8. Online Payments
The Platform offers the ability to make online payments for invoices issued by Amaze Studio. Payments are processed through NETOPIA Payments (MobilPay), an authorized payment processor in Romania.
By using the online payment service:
- You accept NETOPIA Payments terms and conditions available on their website
- You understand that card data is processed directly by NETOPIA and is not stored on the Platform
- You accept that transactions may be subject to 3D Secure verification for enhanced security
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain the Platform available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. There may be periods of planned or unplanned maintenance.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Platform functionality, with prior notice where possible.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Amaze Studio shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
- Data loss caused by factors beyond our control
- Service interruptions caused by third parties or integrated services
- Improper use of the Platform by the User
- Payment transaction issues caused by the payment processor or banks
11. Third-Party Integrations
The Platform integrates with various third-party services to provide comprehensive functionality. Use of these services is subject to each service's own terms and conditions:
- Cal.com — for booking and scheduling management
- SmartBill — for invoicing and receipts
- Google — for authentication (OAuth) and document storage (Google Drive)
- YouTube Data API — for video statistics (views, likes, comments)
- Brevo — for email and SMS communications
- DocuSeal — for electronic document signing
- ClickUp — for production workflow synchronization
- NETOPIA Payments — for online payment processing
- OpenAPI.ro — for verifying Romanian company data
Amaze Studio is not responsible for the operation or policies of these third-party services.
12. Communications
By using the Platform, you agree to receive communications from Amaze Studio via:
- Email: notifications about bookings, invoices, documents, and platform updates
- SMS: booking confirmations, reminders, and urgent notifications (if you have provided your phone number)
13. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
14. Termination
Your access to the Platform may be suspended or revoked:
- Upon termination of the service contract with Amaze Studio (for Clients)
- In case of violation of these terms
- At your express request
- After 12 months of inactivity (for Content Creator accounts)
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania.
16. Final Provisions
If any provision of these terms is deemed void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to exercise a right does not constitute waiver of that right.
